Out of the Blue: Short Random Thoughts .
I told a friend who has been traveling for a year that saying goodbye gets easier in time. And considering how many times I had to it the past several months, I boldly said that I have gotten used to it. I’ve accepted that people come and go, even more often when you travel.
But yesterday, I said goodbye (albeit temporarily) to one of my closest friends, and a newfound friend at Kuching International Airport in Malaysia. I was really feeling down. This was how I felt when I left Thailand to go back to the Philippines last December. I didn’t want to board the plane, I didn’t want to leave the place.
Maybe despite accepting the fact that people do come and go, it never really gets easier.
